Kelly Clarkson has once again made fans' jaws drop with yet another stunning Kellyoke cover—and this latest one has a very special meaning.
During the Friday, April 5 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the singer and TV personality took on the classic Judy Garland song, "Over the Rainbow," famously featured in the hit 1939 film The Wizard of Oz.
The show's Instagram account shared footage of the performance on Friday, giving fans online a taste of how gorgeous Clarkson's vocals sounded while singing the classic tune.
"I am speechless," one of her fans wrote in the comments on Instagram, telling Clarkson, "you blow me away every single time girl!"
"I’m convinced there is no limit to what her beautiful voice can do," another fan applauded, while someone else chimed in to call the Kellyoke performance simply "magical."
Another person even went as far as to call Clarkson's version the "best rendition since Judy Garland."
Fans of Clarkson may already know that this song has a special place in the singer's heart, as she previously revealed in a 2017 Today show appearance that she often sings "Over the Rainbow" to her two children, specifically her daughter, River Rose, now age 9. (Clarkson is also a mom to son Remington "Remy" Alexander, 7, and shares both kids with her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.)
While co-hosting Today with Hoda Kotb at the time, Clarkson even gave fans a snippet of the Judy Garland lullaby she sings to River, who made a guest appearance as a toddler on the episode.
