In an exciting development for Hip-Hop fans, Kendrick Lamar is reportedly planning a major stadium tour for 2025, following his highly anticipated performance at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show.

According to Bloomberg, sources say the 37-year-old likely turned down a headlining gig at next year’s Coachella festival due to a potential scheduling conflict involving the tour, which has yet to be officially announced.

This decision seems to signal that Lamar is focused on crafting an unforgettable touring experience rather than planning any major festival performances. Kendrick previously graced Coachella’s main stage in 2012 before returning as the festival’s headliner in 2017.

News of the rumored tour comes as Lamar continues to ride a wave of success, particularly after his recent rap beef with Drake, which has solidified his status as a megastar within the music industry.

The back-and-forth with Drake has fueled Lamar’s momentum, with fans and critics alike declaring him the victor of the rivalry. In the aftermath, he released several tracks that resonated both commercially and culturally, further bolstering his reputation.

As part of his strategy to capitalize on this heightened visibility, Lamar has submitted three of his diss tracks for consideration at the 2025 GRAMMY Awards. The tracks include “Like That” featuring Future and Metro Boomin, along with “Euphoria,” and “Not Like Us.”
