Kim Kardashian posts her 'first selfie ever' plus other treasures from her personal archive
Nothing like a walk down memory lane when doing a bit of spring cleaning, right? On Tuesday, Kim Kardashian decided to post to her Instagram Stories some highlights of the things she recently found while rifling through her memorabilia. As it turns out, she has a treasure trove of priceless Kardashian moments to share.
Kim’s collection includes many heartwarming photographs of her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, whom she said “wrote her contracts” for such things as getting a new car (in true lawyer style!) and gave her certificates promising “one hour of conversation” (i.e., his undivided time and attention) for her birthday. He also appeared quite dapper with Kim and older sister Kourtney at a 1994 father-daughter dance.
Proving that she was always a trendsetter, Kim went into the Wayback Machine and showed off what she termed her “first selfie,” which was obviously taken way before iPhones existed. Cute!
She also showed off some of her sexier moments — including a lush early teen-era bikini shot that proves she has been rocking those famous curves for quite some time now — and she revisited her super-hot calendars from 2008 and 2009.
Noting dryly that her whole family will want to kill her, Kim shared an adorably awkward sibling photo posing with her grandparents, poking a little bit of fun at sister Kourtney’s “miserable” expression. She checked her own look — choker and thick brows — as being totally on point, however.
We’ll just see how things go when her own little ones, North, Saint, and Chicago, are old enough to share their own family memories. Dad Kanye West at a high school dance? Grandma Kris in a similarly forced shot? The possibilities are endless.
