King Combs Calls Diddy “The Greatest” In Father’s Day Tribute
King Combs deems his father, Sean “Diddy” Combs, “the greatest” in a Father’s Day tribute to the embattled rap mogul on social media.
On Sunday (June 17), the rapper, born Christian Combs, shared a carousel post on Instagram that included several photos of him and his father together.
The photos, which are black and white, appear to have been taken during the late ’90s and early ’00s. “HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO THE GREATEST!! the 26-year-old wrote in the post’s caption. “Love you pops!”
King Combs’ Father’s Day salute to Diddy is the hitmaker’s latest public show of support to the Bad Boy founder, who is accused of sexually and physically assaulting multiple victims, including Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
Last month, King Combs unleashed “Pick A Side,” a diss track in which the rapper took aim at 50 Cent and other detractors amid the allegations levied against Diddy.
On the track, the younger Combs seemingly denies the accusations made against his father, rapping, “Police raid the crib like they think we selling crack/ But we out here selling tracks, multi-million dollar plaques,” referencing the raids of Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes conducted by Homeland Security.
The “Can’t Stop” artist has also been accused of sexually assaulting a woman while partying on a chartered private yacht in 2022. The alleged victim, Grace O’Marcaigh, claims King Combs pressured her to consume a shot of tequila before attempting to grope and kiss her. O’Marcaigh says that he then attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him after cornering her, but that she was able to escape.
The rapper’s legal representatives have denied all allegations, with Combs himself seemingly deeming O’Marcaigh’s claims as “cap” on social media.
