Kodak Black Did It Big For Sexyy Red With This Crazy Surprise Gift
Sexyy Red has been on the road since the end of August, and as her first official headlining tour comes to a close, her achievement was commemorated with an extra special gift from Kodak Black. The Florida rapper, who accompanied her on the Sexyy Red 4 President Tour, surprised the “SkeeYee” artist with a brand new Maybach sprinter van on Monday night (Oct. 7).
In the clip posted to her Instagram story, Sexyy Red is seen expressing her shock and appreciation for the gesture. After the car pulls up in front of her, the door slides open to reveal a luxurious all-red interior, a nice touch to match her stage name.
“Man stop playing,” Red exclaims to Kodak in the video. “Is you lying to me?” She jumps up and down with excitement and gives him a big hug. Watch the clip below.
The “Transportin'” rapper’s gift is seemingly not only showing appreciation for the tour itself, but also Red’s thoughtful gesture of asking him to come along for the ride in the first place. Earlier this year, Kodak posted an IG story about how lonely he feels in the game, and the St. Louis spitter responded by offering to give him a slot on her tour.
“Now I understand nobody give af about me if I ain’t paying,” he wrote in August. “Lonely af out here bro.” Sexyy Red replied, “What up, Yak. I seen your post. Muthaf**kas don’t love you unless you got some money for them. I said I feel you, Yak. It’s okay. We finna go on tour. F**k them h*es, Yak. You gone thug with me.”
The Sexyy Red 4 President Tour was in support of the 26-year-old hitmaker’s May 2024 album, In Sexyy We Trust. The project boasted features from Drake, Mike WiLL Made-It, VonOff1700, and Lil Baby, and housed successful hits like “Get It Sexyy” and “U My Everything.” Prior to that body of work was Hood Hottest Princess in 2023, which compiled a handful of her breakout hits like “Looking For The H*es,” Hellcats SRTs,” and “Pound Town 2.”
