Kohr Explores: Vancouver’s Thursday Waterfront Concert Series

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Temperatures have settled down a little just in time for the first Thursday of Vancouver’s Waterfront Concert Series.

The opening show even features an award-winning blues singer.

KOIN 6 News’ Kohr Harlan was live in Vancouver, talking about this year’s lineup with Erik Miletich, the city’s special projects coordinator.
