Krayzie Bone Shares Health Update Amid Hospitalization: ‘Just Fought for Life’
Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper Krayzie Bone has shared an update from the hospital, where he has spent the last nine days being treated for a health emergency. The musician born Anthony Henderson was reportedly hospitalized in late September for complications related to sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease, which was compounded by a leaking artery inside of his lungs that required emergency surgery.
“Just fought for life literally for 9 days straight,” Henderson wrote on Instagram in his first post since the medical scare. “And I only won the battle this time because I know Jehovah God was with me every step of the way fighting for me.”

The emergency surgery to stop the internal bleeding, which was causing the 50-year-old to cough up blood, was only partially successful. Henderson was sedated and hooked up to a respirator following the procedure. A second surgery was required to address the condition, according to TMZ.

Still, his previous uploads shared prior to his hospitalization have been flooded with well wishes from fans. Across social media, the likes of LeBron James and Three 6 Mafia members Juicy J and DJ Paul shared calls for prayers for the rapper.
Concluding his post, Henderson wrote: “Never take life for granted enjoy it while have you have it! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers trust me I needed every last one of them.”
