Kourtney Kardashian isn't the only KarJenner detailing a sudden health scare on the upcoming season of the family's reality series.
Family matriarch Kris Jenner, 68, may be facing a cancer scare, revealing in the official trailer for the fifth season of Hulu's iteration of their reality show, which premieres on May 23, that doctors found a "little tumor" during a medical scan.
You can catch a brief glimpse of the appointment as she sits on an exam chair, all decked out in full glam and a burgundy suit, looking concerned while her doctor seemingly goes over some results with her.
"I had my scan," she says in a watery voice as she sits at the table with other members of the family—notably daughter Khloe Kardashian and boyfriend Corey Gamble—in the next clip. "They found a cyst and, like, a little tumor."
A snippet also shows Kylie Jenner breaking down into tears while seated on a couch, her sister Kendall quickly joining her and wrapping her up in her arms, though that may be a reaction to something else spliced in for dramatic effect, as Kris is nowhere to be seen.
It's unclear where exactly the cyst and tumor are located, though she gestures to the left side of her abdomen as she breaks the difficult news. She also doesn't share whether the tumor is cancerous or benign, or what kind of treatment it may require—at least not in the teaser.
It's also unclear whether she had previous concerns that led her to get the imaging done, or if she was undergoing another round of preventative scanning. Over the summer of 2023, the family sparked controversy when they encouraged their followers to spend up to thousands of dollars on full-body scans with a brand called Prenuvo, which advertised as being able to detect early, pre-symptomatic signs of varying diseases.
The momager came up clean last year when she had her MRI done.
Earlier this week, she looked radiant on the red carpet of the 2024 Met Gala, suggesting things are probably going well so far, but we'll likely have to sit tight for new episodes to air before we know for sure.
