Kristen Bell Gets Dainty in Barely-There Sandals for ‘Reefer Madness: The Musical’ Opening Night

Kristen Bell attended the opening night performance of “Reefer Madness: The Musical” at The Whitley in Los Angeles on Thursday night in a pair of black strappy sandals.
A producer of the musical, Bell was joined by friends Angelina Jolie and her daughter Vivienne Jolie who were there to support her in her latest endeavor. For the event, Bell elected to wear a simple but stylish pair of black strappy sandals. The shoes were constructed with leather material and featured a singular black strap across the toe box.
While the back of the sandals couldn’t be seen completely due to her dress, it’s like that the shoes were finished with a stiletto heel that ranged between 3 to 4 inches in height. She completed her look with a blue dress.
As for Jolie and her daughter, the actress wore a black pantsuit with a white necktie-printed T-shirt from the Japanese brand Beam, which she paired with pointed-toe shoes. Vivienne sported a pair of classic navy blue canvas Converse sneakers alongside her black suit vest and matching trousers.
Bell has had quite a few statement moments when it’s come to her shoe choices over the years. In February 2023, she attended the season 3 premiere of “Party Down” in Los Angeles wearing a pair of black pointed-toe pumps, from Lafayette 148. The pair featured thick angular heels, around 3 to 4 inches, a sculptural structure, triangular toes and a sturdy construction. In June 2022, the “Veronica Mars” star was seen leaving ABC Studios in New York City in a set of slide sandals that included two wide front straps with gold buckles, rounded footbeds and an allover reptilian embossment, that added a smooth edge to her ensemble.
“Reefer Madness: The Musical” is returning to Los Angeles for the first time in 25 years. Centered around an assassin of youth that’s invading Hollywood, this new go-round features an immersive production, new songs and new material.
