Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg Team Up Again in Woody Allen’s 'Café Society' Trailer
Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris opened the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, then became one of the biggest hits of the writer/director’s career. So why wouldn’t Allen hope to replicate that magic five years later by premiering his latest feature, Café Society, by the French Riviera? And just to further drive home the Paris/Café parallels, the 2016 film, which has a brand-new international trailer (watch it above) is also a period comedy, although this time there’s no time travel involved.

Instead, Café Society remains entirely in the past, following a Bronx-born Bobby (Jesse Eisenberg) who moves to Hollywood to pursue his movie industry dreams. There, he falls head over heels for Kristen Stewart’s Bonnie, who is employed by Bobby’s uncle, a studio bigwig played by Steve Carell, who replaced Bruce Willis due to a scheduling conflict. But as attractive as he finds Stewart, there are a number of other gorgeous Hollywood dames on hand to turn the New Yorker’s head, including Blake Lively and Anna Camp. Decisions, decisions…
