Lainey Wilson setlist: 'Heart Like a Truck' and every song she sang at Country Thunder 2024

Lainey Wilson took the stage at Canyon Moon Ranch in Florence on Thursday night as the first headlining artist of Country Thunder Arizona 2024 and wasted no time showing how she came to be named Entertainer of the Year at the 2023 Country Music Association Awards.

Wilson's set drew heavily on highlights of "Bell Bottom Country," the 2022 release that put her on the fast track to the top of festivals like Country Thunder Arizona on its way to winning Album of the Year at the CMAs and the Academy of Country Music Awards (a well-deserved honor).

Wilson also dusted off her latest single, "Country's Cool Again," revisited a few from 2021's "Sayin' What I'm Thinkin'" and tossed in a handful of crowd-pleasing covers, from 4 Non Blondes to the weekend's most anticipated artist, Jelly Roll.

Our complete Country Thunder Arizona 2024 coverage includes the festival's origin story dating back to the early 1990s, concert lineups and set times, traffic tips to get you there with less hassle, an interview with renegade headliner Koe Wetzel and a live blog updated through the weekend. Check out the highs and lows of Country Thunder, too.
