Latto released her third studio album, Sugar Honey Iced Tea, today (Aug 9), and has been praised by fans upon first listen, with many taking to social media claiming the album has “no skips.” This is quite the feat for the “Georgia Peach,” as the album is a healthy 17 tracks long, excluding “Disc 2” featuring previous singles “Put It On The Floor,” “Put In On The Floor Again” featuring Cardi B, and both the original and remixed versions of her track, “Sunday Service.”

“Latto don’t have any skips on her album. I didn’t even realize I listened to the entire album until PIODF played lol. Latto slid,” shared one fan via X/Twitter, with another posting, “well sugar honey iced tea got no skips and is versatile asf…latto come get your rap aoty crown.”

“Honestly this album is a masterpiece, no skips at all. @Latto this is your best piece of work #SugarHoneyIcedTea,” another supporter shared, as one more fan chimed in, “All bops. No skips!! Literally EVERY song on the album is on my playlist and that doesn’t happen often. Latto Latto Latto this the one.”

Many also couldn’t help but hear a bit of influence from Drake, with some deeming the album “Drake-coded” thanks to tracks like single “Big Mama,” opening track “Georgia Peach” and closer “S/O to Me.”

“I like this latto album cuz it’s like if drake was a girl from atlanta,” wrote one fan of the influence, with another adding, “This album is so Drake coded. It’s a 10/10 for me @Latto #SugarHoneyIcedTea.”

“Latto album is VERY drake coded !!!!!!! But that’s an amazing thing !!!,” posted another fan, with one more follower offering, “‘S/O To Me’ is so Drake coded, I LOVE IT. @Latto the album is WONDERFUL YOU DID THAT GWORL!!!!”

The influence shouldn’t be surprising, as the two rappers have spent time together fairly recently, with Drake sharing a never-before-heard Latto feature this week via his 100GB dump. The Toronto artist was also said to have dated Latto’s sister, Brooklyn Nicole.
