As if the Los Angeles Clippers’ new Intuit Dome isn’t cool enough, Steve Ballmer enlisted one of the movie industry’s most celebrated composers to write a new theme song for the franchise.

Hans Zimmer composed the triumphant theme that debuted during the team’s first regular-season home opener on Wednesday.

The theme, “Summon the Wave, will play alongside a hype video on the arena’s “HALO” board before every home game.

Zimmer, the German-born, two-time Academy Award winner, was recognized with the awards for Best Original Score for “The Lion King” in 1994 and “Dune” in 2021.
