Lil Nas X Rips Out Camila Cabello's Hair in a Nightclub as They Fight Over a Man in 'He Knows' Video
"Let's promise to never fight over a boy again," the Grammy winner tells Cabello in the nightclub-set music video for her latest 'C,XOXO' single
Camila Cabello and Lil Nas X are learning — the hard way — not to let a man interfere with their friendship.
In the music video for their new collaboration "He Knows," which dropped Wednesday, May 22, the two pop artists find themselves in a nightclub, physically brawling over a man who's shown interest in both of them.
The clip opens with Cabello, 27, entering the club with friends, taking shots, spotting the romantic interest and dancing with him. After delivering some choreography, Lil Nas X, 25, spots the man hanging with the Fifth Harmony alum and approaches him, prompting her to walk away.

In another room, the "Havana" artist jumps on the "Old Town Road" musician's back and tackles him. They begin wrestling, and he rips out a lock of her blonde hair, before a mannequin dressed in the flirtatious man's outfit falls to the floor.
At that point, she realizes he's been plastic all along — though Lil Nas X is more concerned with the mannequin's baldness.
Throughout the rest of the video, Cabello and the "J Christ" performer dance together in the nightclub with friends. At the end, they stand outside and reflect on the evening.

"Let's promise to never fight over a boy again," the Grammy winner tells the "Shameless" singer, who seals the deal with a pinkie promise. However, she then spots the man and immediately begins flirting, as does Lil Nas X.
The clip ends with the pair looking at one another and cheekily biting their pinkie fingers, exposing mouths full of blood.

"He Knows" marks the second song released from Cabello's upcoming fourth studio album, C,XOXO, out June 28, following "I Luv It" with Playboi Carti.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, she raved about working with Lil Nas X on the new track. "He’s the kind of artist where it’s more than just the song," said Cabello.
"He really puts thought and care into the performance. He plays with the fans. He cares about the music video and making a statement," she added.
