The list of celebs attending Cincinnati's horror movie festival is staggering

Spooky season returns in October, but the scares, frights and spooks begin this weekend in Greater Cincinnati.

HorrorHound Weekend, an annual convention for horror movie enthusiasts, returns Sept. 13-15. The annual spooky film festival takes over Sharonville Convention Center.

For all you macabre-loving weirdos, HorrorHound Weekend is a great opportunity to meet other fans and industry professionals, participate in costume contests, get an autograph from a celebrity slasher and more.

Some of the genre's biggest stars appearing at HorrorHound Weekend include Freddy Kreuger actor Robert Englund, "Lisa Frankenstein" actors Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newton, and "Scream" actor Melissa Barrera.
