Lizzo has been open with fans about her recent weight loss journey, sharing the details of her fitness routine and changes she's made to her diet—but that hasn't stopped people from speculating about her possible use of medications like Ozempic, which she denies.

In a recent Instagram post, the "About Damn Time" songstress, 36, poked fun at the rumors while showing off the results of all her hard work. On Monday, Nov. 11, she shared a carousel of photos from a stunning tropical location, modeling bikinis or swimsuits in several of them. In the first shot, she wore a light gray knit two-piece in an outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery, her hands on her head.

"Holding life like an ozempic pen.. ??," she captioned her post.

Lizzo's followers showed their support, noting that ultimately the way she lost the weight doesn't matter.

"What I don’t understand is why ppl think that you can’t lose weight naturally I remember my cousin saying it to me when I lost weight first thing he said was weight loss surgery! Whatever she’s doing she looks good ???? Give her a break!" one fan wrote.

"Even if you were on ozempic, SO WHAT? Even if you got weight loss surgery, SO WHAT? People are weird. Go put that energy where it matters like that debt and student loans, yo mamas bills," agreed a second person.

"Real weight loss. Know the difference people. Stop disrespecting this lady. ????," declared somebody else.

Lizzo addressed the Ozempic speculation in a video posted to Instagram on Sept. 20, sharing that she achieved her weight loss without using any prescription medications while noting it felt "like a reward" to have her efforts recognized.
