Lizzo got creative with her Halloween costume, taking inspiration from the South Park episode that used her name as an alternative to Ozempic.

The singer shared multiple uploads to Instagram, highlighting her dressed up as “Lizzo” a self-love drug with the side effects listed as “a smile on your face and a pep in your step.” In additional photos and video clips, the 36-year-old is joined by a person dressed as Eric Cartman, a main character in the aforementioned animated series.

“LizzOzempic dump,” she detailed in an upload eating pizza and drinking Clase Azul tequila.

Earlier this year, the satirical cartoon, which often takes jabs at celebrity trends, referenced the “Good A** Hell” singer in an episode titled “The End Of Obesity.” In the show, Sharon and Sheila, the mothers of main characters Stan and Kyle, discuss weight loss alternatives.

Despite Sharon’s efforts to get on Ozempic or Mounjaro, her insurance would not cover the prescription because she is not diagnosed with diabetes. So, she opted to take “Lizzo,” a fictitious pill offered as an affordable option.

“I controlled all my cravings to be thinner with ‘Lizzo.’ I’ve lowered my standards and my expectations,” said Sharon. The clip details that “in a case study, 70 percent of ‘Lizzo’ users no longer care about their weight, and “‘Lizzo’ helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum.”

Last month, the 36-year-old denied using Ozempic as she continues to document her weight loss journey across social media.

“oZeMpIc oR cOkE?” – a fan,” she wrote on Instagram in September, adding “‘When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” in the carousel upload.

During an interview with the New York Times in March, the chart-topping musician declared “My body is nobody’s business” while speaking of the creation of her Yitty clothing brand’s shapewear-influenced swimwear.
