While movies are the focal point of the 81st Venice Film Festival, it was the stars wearing Loewe at this year’s festival that stole the show. Celebrities like Taylor Russell, Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey, Lesley Manville, Omar Apollo, Jason Schwartzman, Justin Kuritzkes and Celine Song all arrived at the “Queer” red carpet premiere earlier this week in Venice, Italy wearing head-to-toe attire from the designer brand.
Loewe’s designer Jonathan Anderson was able to facilitate the red carpet looks for the stars since he was also the costume designer for the Luca Guadagnino-directed film. The stars attended the premieres at the festival donned in suits and gowns by Loewe, as well as accessorizing to the nines in the designer’s footwear and extravagant accessories. The Spanish luxury fashion house’s recent styles have turned it into celebrities and stylist’s go-to choice as of late.
Check out some of the best Loewe shoes and looks at the 2024 Venice Film Festival so far.

Taylor Russell, who is at the event as a judge, attended the premiere of “Queer” and wore an all black gown with lace covered pointed-toe pumps. She wore a hooded dress featuring lace panels, a lace train and a slit up the side. Although her shoes were designed by Amina Muaddi, the gown is a custom creation from Loewe. Spanish director Pedro Almodovar attended the premiere of his movie “The Room Next Door” dressed in the Spanish brand, including what looks like Loewe’s Campo derby shoes.
