The director allegedly charged about $5.98 million for the 2023 film Leo. As per Koimoi.com, he has increased his fees by 20%. He is now allegedly charging a whopping $7.18 million.
If the report is to be believed, Lokesh Kanagaraj has become one of the highest-paid directors in India. Meanwhile, Coolie’s title announcement took place a few weeks back. It was accompanied by a short teaser featuring Rajinikanth in his action element. The cinematic feature was monochromatic, with only gold standing out in color. Heavy action sequences and upbeat music teased that the upcoming movie would be entertaining.
In the latest update, Coolie is allegedly set to go on floors in the first week of June. Moreover, as reports claimed that the movie’s principal photography will begin on June 6, Rajinikanth will get a few weeks’ break. He recently wrapped up the filming of Vettaiyan.
