He gets it from his mama, his grandpa, and his memaw too!

It seems like every generation of Loretta Lynn’s family feels comfortable on any stage. Even her eight-year-old great grandson, Scout, can already command a crowd.

Lynn's granddaughter Tayla recently shared a video of her son Scout using a microphone to speak confidently to an audience. The clip shows the brave boy giving a thumbs up to someone, then reminding the crowd to purchase merchandise after the show.

"Excuse me everyone. Down at the merch table at the end of the show, we printed out these," Scout says, holding up a print for sale. "We have a bunch. We'll sign 'em. So can you please try to buy one?"

Even mom Tayla can’t seem to get over his gumption.

“I’m so in love with this kid,” she captioned the cute video on Instagram. “Honey, he ain’t scared of the stage. He gets up there and says ‘excuse me everyone.’”

Tayla and Tre Twitty are currently on tour as Twitty and Lynn, performing duets made famous by their “Poppy” and “Memaw” as well as a handful of originals.

Tayla is the daughter of Ernest “Ernie” Lynn, the fourth of six children born to the late Loretta Lynn and her husband, Oliver “Doolittle” Lynn. She shares two sons, Scout and 12-year-old Tru, with her husband Jon Finger.

We have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of Scout in the coming years!
