Lori Loughlin's Husband Mossimo Inks College Bribery Case Order With Famous Clothing Logo
Lori Loughlin and her famous designer husband Mossimo Giannulli appeared in court Wednesday to face the judge in the college bribery scandal, but the most interesting thing from the hearing was Mossimo signing his famous name to the court order.
As you know, Mossimo is one of the world's top clothing designers in the surf and beach wear category. The company, and its logo, bares his name.
So yesterday for the first time, we were able to get a glimpse of his famous name, but this time it was not on a shirt it was on a criminal case court order.

The document itself, is an acknowledgment that he has been advised their is conflict of interest with the lawyer who is repping him in the case.
According to the document he has " been advised by magistrate Judge Page Kelley of some of the conflicts of interest that may arise when defendants in the same trial and in related cases are represented by the same counsel. I have discussed these risks with may counsel and understand the nature of those risks. I have been further advised by Magistrate Judge Kelley that I have an absolute right to retain separate coulee or, if financially qualified, to have separate counsel appointed by the court and paid for by the government."
It continues, "Being fully aware of possible risks where defendants are jointly represented and ion my right to separate counsel, I nevertheless choose to proceed being represented by (his law firm)."
As we reported, Mossimo and Lori Loughlin have been charged with several felonies stemming from the couple allegedly paying to get their daughter into USC, and cheating the system to accomplish that goal.
Either way, it really does look good on a shirt!
