Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow, the streaming service’s beloved Hip-Hop competition series, is officially back for a second season. The comeback arrives four years after the show’s debut and welcomes new judges DJ Khaled, Ludacris and Latto to decide the fate of a batch of upcoming rappers.

In the trailer, each judge provided a preview of what they will bring to the show. Ludacris stressed the importance of the audition, saying, “First impression is everything. I mean, it all comes down to this one moment on if you ready, if you prepared. This is that moment.” DJ Khaled added, “I tell every artist and I tell myself every day, don’t take nothing for granted.”

Latto took a moment to remind people about her story, as she also took part in a rap competition when she was younger. “I’m bringing the vibes. I feel like I bring authenticity. Baby, this is my real life. I’m a contestant-turned-judge. My opinion hold a little weight in this motherf**ker,” she said about the full circle moment. Watch the clip below.

The previous season aired in 2019 and was hosted by Chance The Rapper, Cardi B, and T.I. Taking the crown was D Smoke, who went on to release albums like Black Habits and War & Wonders. The debut season was filmed in Atlanta, where a majority of the upcoming second season will be filmed as well.
