The Luke Combs concert could cause delays on I-94 this weekend. Here's how to avoid traffic

Country music star, Luke Combs, is kicking off his 2024 stadium tour at American Family Field for the first two shows April 12 and 13.

Drivers on I-94 can expect increased traffic while concertgoers head to the shows this weekend. The opener for Combs' concerts April 12 and 13 starts at 5:45 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m. each day. The parking lots open at 3 p.m. April 12, and 2:30 p.m. April 13, with tailgating permitted.

How will traffic affect drivers on I-94?

People driving to the concert should give themselves plenty of time to drive in, especially on April 12 during the Friday evening commute. You'll also want to give yourself enough time to get through security into the stadium.

Drivers will experience mostly clear skies Friday evening and sunny skies on Saturday with a 30% chance of showers in the evening, according to the National Weather Service.
