Accessories Brands in Milan Pushed the Envelope in Handbags and Shoes for Spring 2025
Styled by Rita Melssen, she donned a full-length lace slip dress from the brand’s fall 2024 collection over a black corset — she has favored corset styles since the 1990s. With it, she paired bicep-high sheer gloves as well as fishnet tights and a pair of pointed-toe heels with a studded strap across the front.
For accessories, the “Material Girl” wore an ornate yellow and white gold diamond necklace from the company’s Alta Gioielleria line. The piece featured Bianco d’Istria stone carved skulls. As the special guest, she also wore a gold and crystal crown that was covered in a Chantilly lace black veil that trailed behind her. The musician also carried the Devotion bag.
The appearance follows her front row slot at the Luar show during New York Fashion Week, where the “Like a Virgin” singer wore a coatdress with oversized shoulders.
Madonna has maintained a lengthy relationship with Dolce & Gabbana. Over the years, she’s starred in campaigns, worn their designs on tours, and in 2010, they collaborated on a line of sunglasses. To celebrate her 66th birthday, last month she did a photoshoot wearing the Italian brand.
Inspired by Italian beauty, the Dolce & Gabbana spring 2025 show featured models in peroxide blonde wigs secured with black head bands, a reference to the “Hung Up” star’s Blonde Ambition era.
