Magic visits Buffalo with Disney on Ice presenting ‘Frozen’ and ‘Encanto’
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The magic of Disney is in town this weekend, as Disney on Ice presenting ‘Frozen’ and ‘Encanto’ is at KeyBank Center.
“Disney on Ice really wants to bring magic to everyone when they can’t go to it, so we come to the hometowns of people so we can bring the magic to everybody,” said Natalie Catalano, whose an ensemble skater, who also plays Luisa in ‘Encanto.’
Performers like Catalano are lacing up their ice skates and they have their props, costumes and lights ready to turn KeyBank Center into both Arendelle and Columbia.
“We have our classic story of Frozen, where we follow Anna and Elsa through their journey and then our second segment, it’s brand new, it’s the first time that we get to see the madrigal family on the ice. So you get to see Mirabel and her sisters,” said Sabrina Marshall, an ensemble skater with the show.
The show runs Friday and Saturday, and ticket information can be found here.
