McDonald’s Is Bringing Back the Double Big Mac That Has a Whopping 4 Patties
Each Double Big Mac packs four beef patties, Big Mac sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, chopped onions and a slice of American cheese between a sesame seed bun
McDonald’s Big Mac is getting even bigger.
Starting Jan. 24, the fast food mavericks are supersizing their iconic cheeseburger. The Double Big Mac will pack all the essentials of the classic Big Mac, just two times over.
Each sandwich is made of four beef patties, Big Mac sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, chopped onions and a slice of American cheese between a sesame seed bun.
The extra big burger will be available for a limited time, while supplies last.
In more fun news from the fast food chain, customers ordering a kid-sized meal from McDonald’s are now able to enjoy a plush surprise.
The brand is handing out 12 types of Squishmallows with the purchase of a Happy Meal as of Dec. 26.

McDonald's partnered with Jazwares and Universal Music Group to add one of 12 Squishmallows to each kids meal. The lineup includes classic Squishmallow characters, like Cam and Fifi, and a special toy specific to McDonald’s: Grimace. There's also a "surprise mystery character" for fans to uncover, according to the company.
Now each Squishmallow in the U.S. will be interactive with an attached QR code that you can scan to listen to exclusive music playlists based on the characters' personalities.
At first, the stuffed toys were available around the world but not in the U.S. There were two dozen "exclusive and seasonally themed" Squishmallows at participating McDonald's in over 70 countries worldwide last summer.
