MGM Television and Israeli Studio Sipur Renew First-Look Deal
MGM Television and Israeli-based global entertainment studio Sipur have renewed their first-look production and distribution deal.
The agreement, which began in 2020, has resulted in projects including “We Will Dance Again,” the feature chronicling firsthand accounts of the Oct. 7 Hamas terror attack on Israel’s Nova Music Festival.

The film, directed by Yariv Mozer, is scheduled to appear on Paramount+ in the U.S., co-producers BBC Storyville in the UK and HOT Channel 8 in Israel. Mozer previously collaborated with Sipur and MGM Television on “The Devil’s Confession: The Lost Eichmann Tapes,” which also appeared on the BBC.

In addition to “We Will Dance Again,” MGM Television — a division of Amazon MGM Studios — is behind scripted series including “Wednesday” (Netflix), “The Handmaid’s Tale” (Hulu), “Fargo” (FX), “Vikings: Valhalla” (Netflix), and the upcoming “El Gato” starring Diego Boneta for Prime Video. The division’s television programming regularly airs in more than 100 countries worldwide.
Sipur’s recent works include “Munich ’72,” reality dating show “Hungry For Love” and the upcoming scripted series, “Bad Boy.”
