Michelle Obama reads un-first-lady-like statements on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'
Michelle Obama visited Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss her new book, Becoming. But now that the former first lady is just “Michelle from Chicago,” Kimmel thought they could have a little fun.
Kimmel asked Obama to read some statements which would not be becoming for the first lady of the United States. At first Obama appeared skeptical, asking, “So you want me to look at these cards and read what you said?” Kimmel quickly responded, “Don’t even look at them. Just read what I wrote.”
The statements ranged from Obama discussing her time in the White House — “The whole eight years we were in the White House, we used Laura Bush’s Netflix password” — to her relationship with her kids, such as “I’m not sure which one is Sasha and which one’s Malia.”
Obama even revealed, “Clooney is my freebie.” And all of the statements drew lots of laughs from the studio audience.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! airs weeknights at 11:35 on ABC. Watch clips and full episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live for free on Yahoo View.
