Mickey Guyton performed in sparkling fashion at the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago on Monday. The country star sang a rendition of her 2021 song “All American,” from Guyton’s debut album “Remember Her Name,” onstage at United Center

The singer wore a strapless white maxidress with sparkling silver embellishments courtesy of Rebecca Vallance. The Layna strapless embellished gown featured a body-con fit and included silver crystal designs in the shape of large flowers.
Guyton opted for an elevated glam look that complemented her dress. The singer’s hair was styled with soft curls and volume with a side part. The four-time Grammy nominee’s makeup featured a soft, natural lip and bold smoky eye. The “All America” singer accessorized with delicate pieces of silver jewelry, which married with her dress selection seamlessly.
Other performers from the evening included Jason Isbell, who sang the title track from his 2015 album “Something More Than Free.” Six-time Grammy Award-winner James Taylor was slated to perform, but was bumped due to the night running long.
Along with performances, figures like Vice President Kamala Harris, who wore a bespoke suit by Chloé, Jill Biden in a custom look courtesy of Ralph Lauren, Hillary Clinton, Ashley Biden and more delivered remarks and speeches throughout the night.
The 2024 Democratic National Convention is taking place in Chicago and will conclude on Thursday. Delegates from all 50 states and U.S. territories are gathering to formally nominate Harris as the Democratic nominee for President of the United States and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as the nominee for the office of Vice President of the United States.
