Millie Bobby Brown Is Embracing Her New Name After Her Lavish Wedding to Jake Bongiovi
What’s in a name? Well, for Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, who tied the knot with longtime love Jake Bongiovi in a stunning ceremony in Tuscany, Italy in May, it means a lot – and she’s not afraid to flaunt it.
Following their gorgeous wedding pictures from their big day that they posted on Oct. 2, Bongiovi shared a picture on Instagram of him and his new wife in matching white athletic gear. In his shirt, it reads “Mr. Bongiovi” while hers reads “Mrs. Bongiovi.”

“Dream team <3” Bongiovi, who is a son of Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea Hurley, wrote in the caption.
“Mrs. Bongiovi I love this omg ????,” wrote one fan in the comments. “The surname omggg ??,” echoed another.
As a reminder, while fans might be freaking out over the photo, they knew Brown was adopting Bonjiovi’s last name for a while now. In August, she posted a series of photos from behind the scenes of Stranger Things on Instagram and it included the name tag “Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi.” Sure, there are a lot of B’s in there, but it sure does have a ring to it!
Prior to the newlyweds’ sporty shot, Brown and Bongiovi shared their wedding pictures.
For her big day, the Damsel star wore a custom gown by Galia Lahav with a corseted top and a gorgeous lace skirt, per WWD. She also wore a lace veil that perfectly complemented the dress and her hair up in a loose bun with two hair pieces framing her face. Bongiovi, on the other hand, wore a cream-colored tux with a white button-down, black pants and a black bow tie.
“forever and always, your wife,” Brown wrote in the caption. “forever and always, your husband,” Bongiovi wrote in his. Looks like Mr. and Mrs. Bongiovi are enjoying their newlywed bliss!
