Miranda Lambert Is ‘That Girl’ as She Steps Out in Bedazzled Bra Top and Blazer
Miranda Lambert made fans’ jaws drop with the country chic look she brought to the red carpet at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
The country music star is slated to present at the annual awards show, which is taking place this year at UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., on Wednesday, Sept. 11. She arrived on the red carpet Wednesday evening to pose for photos solo and beside her husband, Brendan McLoughlin.
Turquoise was the theme of the evening for Lambert’s gorgeous look, which fans praised online as photos and videos from the red carpet were shared on social media. The “Kerosene” singer, 40, wore a bedazzled aqua bra top beneath a black blazer that featured delicate turquoise detailing. She paired the look with black pants and a necklace that featured a large turquoise stone, matching rings and a small silver clutch. Meanwhile, McLoughlin matched his wife’s main suit color with an all-black suit of his own, which he wore over an ink-black button-down shirt.

The VMAs shared a video clip of the “Wranglers” singer’s head-turning look on X, formerly Twitter. “She is an icon, she is the moment ??,” one fan gushed after catching sight of Lambert’s red carpet look.
Some fans called “The House That Built Me” singer a “queen,” while others described her as “stunning” and “absolutely gorgeous.”
“That's how you arrive alright wow ????,” one person tweeted as another noted, “she is THAT GIRL @mirandalambert ????.”
Fans “do not talk abt how BEAUTIFUL she is enough,” one person declared.
The VMAs kicked off at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday. While several returning nominees were up for awards at this year’s event, 29 artists also received first-time nods when the nominees were officially unveiled in early August.
