Miranda Lambert Shares Snippet From Soundcheck and Fans Say They 'Could Listen All Day'
Miranda Lambert's fans are about ready to start actin' up if the live soundcheck version of her new song isn't released on a platform other than Instagram.
The Grammy-winning country star documented a practice run of her new song "Santa Fe" from her latest album, Postcards From Texas, which officially released on Friday, Sept. 13.
In a behind-the-scenes video of the soundcheck ahead of her album release show at her Tex-Mex cantina, Casa Rosa, in Nashville, Tenn., on Sunday, the 40-year-old "Wranglers" songstress casually serenades the camera with her "gorgeous" vocals while wearing a denim mini dress with turquoise fringe and other accents, a pair of tan cowboy boots with turquoise embroidery, a tan belt with a massive medallion-style buckle at her waist and a light beige cowboy hat.
Lambert's fashion and vocal style were underscored by fans in the Instagram post she shared the same day, which she captioned: "Santa Fe from Soundcheck."
"i could listen to this song ALL. DAY. in fact, i have been, oops," one top-liked comment read.
"This song is amazing!" another exclaimed. "Your vocals are perfection."
"the woman. the voice. the song. the outfit. the boots. ?? just wow," a third gushed.
"Record the whole show," someone else demanded.
"One of my favorites from the album," a different fan confessed. "Along with January heart and no man’s land ????."
"love how you keep country country," a fifth declared. "down to your boots!!! ??."
"You look and sound gorgeous ??," one more cheered.
While several others were upset they missed the special one-night-only concert, there are more opportunities to catch the country artist live as she currently is scheduled to perform in Gautier, Miss., Memphis and Nashville, Tenn., and Thackerville, Okla., in the coming weeks. Lambert is also set to appear at Lakefront Music Festival in Prior Lake, Minn., next summer, taking the stage on Saturday, July 12.
