Mom's At-Home Olympic Gymnastics Routine Goes Viral as Fans Say She 'Nailed It'
As people all around the world tune into the Paris Olympics, plenty are getting inspired by the amazing athletes, including one woman whose at-home gymnastics routine quickly went viral.
A woman named Breanne Allarie, who often shares content about her life and adventures raising her kids, posted her Olympic gymnastics beam routine on July 28, and fans were in love with the fun video.
"I feel like I could have done a back flip…. I would also like to say they make it look so much easier than it is. @olympics on repeat over here," she wrote in the caption.
In the clip, Allarie wore a dark one-piece as her uniform as she showed off her smooth moves next to her kitchen island. It appeared that her husband was the one behind the camera cheering her on.
Text over the clip read, "POV: Having the sudden urge to see if I could be an athlete after watching the Olympics."
While Allarie showed off with some spins and a handstand, at one point, she considered trying a backflip, saying, "I just feel like I could do it..." but it seemed like her husband talked her out of it.
The enthusiasm and support in the comments was overwhelming, with people saying things like, "Wait actually were you a gymnast because this is solid ??," and "You should have been the opening ceremony ??."
Another joked, "I literally thought this was Simone," referring to Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles.
Gena Jaffe, who alleged she used to be a competitive gymnast, even said, "as a former nationally competitive gymnast - you nailed it."
"Paris called. The USA gymnastics team’s alternate sprained a toe… YOU’RE UP ????????," quipped someone else, while another thought similarly: "Team USA baby they missed they shot with you such a talented gymnast ?????."
A lot of people could also relate to Allarie's experience, wanting to try out their own gymnastics routines after seeing the Olympians at the international event.
"I’m not going to lie…..this vastly out does my post Olympic watching gymnastics aspirations ?? I’m deeply impressed," wrote an Olympics fan who also tried out a routine of her own after being inspired.
