Morgan Wallen has been spotted for the first time since his arrest last week at a bar in Nashville, Tenn.
The country music star was photographed spending time with his 3-year-old son, Indigo, and his ex-girlfriend, KT Smith, in Nashville, according to photos obtained by The Daily Mail and TMZ. The trio were seen getting out of the same car before Smith began corralling their son in what appeared to be an outdoor parking lot.
Wallen, 30, wore an orange T-shirt, white pants and white-and-black Nike shoes for the outing. He also wore a white baseball cap with a black brim, upon which a pair of dark sunglasses perched.

The outing marked the first time the “Cowgirls” singer has been seen in public since he was arrested at Chief’s, Eric Church’s six-story restaurant and bar. Wallen was on the bar’s rooftop late on Sun., April 7, when he allegedly threw a chair over the side of the building, according to local authorities. The chair landed near two police officers, who were standing on Broadway at the time.
The “Last Night” singer was charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released from jail at about 3:30 a.m. on April 8 after posting $15,250 in bond and is expected in court on May 3, according to local news station WSMV-TV.
Since the incident, some tourists have visited Chief’s to ask if they could see the chair in question, according to People. The bar, which officially opened on April 5, updated its marquee to cheekily reference Wallen’s alleged chair-throwing antics.
“Our pigs fly,” the new marquee message said, “our chairs don’t.”
Wallen’s arrest occurred less than two months after he announced plans to open his own downtown Nashville venue. The “Whiskey Glasses” singer is expected to open This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen, a restaurant and bar that takes its name from his 2019 single “This Bar," this summer.
