Morgan Wallen's Ex KT Smith Ties the Knot with Luke Scornavacco Days After Getting Engaged
Smith and her husband Luke Scornavacco announced their surprise nuptials by sharing a photo of themselves holding a marriage certificate
Morgan Wallen's ex Katie "KT" Smith couldn't wait to say "I do."
Just days after getting engaged on March 29, the 29-year-old social media influencer and her fiancé Luke Scornavacco tied the knot. The pair made the surprise marriage reveal in a joint Instagram post which featured a series of photos from what appeared to be an engagement shoot.
But, as Smith teased in the caption — which read "swipe for a surprise" — the carousel also included one extra image at the end that wasn't part of the set. The selfie showed Smith and Scornavacco posing together as they showed off a marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk's Office in Tennessee.
The impromptu wedding came just days before Smith's ex Wallen, 30, was arrested on felony charges after he allegedly threw a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar on April 7.
Smith and Scornavacco announced their engagement on Instagram on March 30, posting a series of photos from his marriage proposal at Magnolia Farms in Eagleville, Tenn. Smith could be seen wearing a long white dress as she stood under a floral arch with her then-boyfriend down on one knee in front of her, holding a ring box in his hands.

Other photos showed the pair posing with family members, including Smith's 3?-year-old son, Indigo, whom she shares with Wallen. The couple also included a close-up of Smith's square-shaped diamond engagement ring.
Smith captioned the engagement post, "Why save the good things for later ?????."
On April 1, Smith and Scornavacco shared a video documenting the romantic proposal. "03/29/24: when dreams turned to reality ?," they captioned the post, adding a shout-out to jewelry brand Brilliant Earth "for leveling up what we ever thought a dream ring could be ????."
Smith previously dated Wallen on and off from 2016 to 2019. The country music star opened up to PEOPLE back in 2021 about co-parenting his son with Smith.
He said at the time that being a single dad "is not how I imagined parenthood," explaining that he looks up to his parents' marriage and how they raised their family. "My parents are still together, you know. They raised [me and my sisters] together. That was my idea of what my life would look like. That's not the way it turned out. And I struggled with that a little bit when I first found out," Wallen said.

He told PEOPLE that he and Smith — who had broken off their years-long relationship before Indigo was conceived — were "just trying to do the best we can with the situation."
"I mean, many people have been in this situation before — having a kid with someone you're not with — but knowing that doesn't make it any easier," he added.
While he admitted that he and Smith experienced "some difficulties" in the early stages of their co-parenting, they were keeping their son their top priority.
"The most important thing is he's in our life now. He's happy. He's healthy. He's incredible," Wallen said of Indigo.
