Morgan Wallen's son Indigo gets stitches after dog bit him 'in the face'
Morgan Wallen's son Indigo has been hospitalized after being bitten by a family dog.
Indigo's mom KT Smith shared a series of Instagram Stories Monday revealing that her dog Legend "bit Indigo in the face and (Indigo) had to have stitches and we spent yesterday morning at the emergency room."
She added: "Indigo is OK. His scar will be minimum. He did have stitches, but he'll be OK."
USA TODAY has reached out to Wallen's reps for comment.
Smith, an influencer and Wallen's ex, adopted the Great Pyrenees in April 2022 from a rescue shelter.
She and Legend "kind of saved each other" when she adopted him, Smith said while stifling tears. For that reason, Smith said she would not euthanize the dog following the attack.
"I'm getting Indigo back home tomorrow and (Legend) has to be gone by then and I cannot put him down either, because like I said, he doesn't deserve that," she said in her story.

Smith anticipated backlash, telling her followers, "I don't care about the hate that I get from this. I care more about my kid and giving (Legend) a home that he deserves."
The influencer added that she weighed her options by what is best as both a mom and a dog mom, concluding that her dog still deserved happiness in a child-free home.
Late on Monday, Smith revealed that her dog found an adoptive family.

"We just dropped Legend off with the sweetest family where he will be living out his full potential and best life on a farm," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "I couldn't have asked for a better family for him to be loved on by and they're East Tennesseeans so we can visit any time we need to."
Smith has another dog named Tom Ford.
