Movies We're Excited and Not So Excited About for 2017 (Yes, 2017)

It’s the end of the year, and as you know many movie blogs and fan sites will do several best movies of the year posts, or preview looking at movies coming out in 2016. Well, since that’s covered to death, let’s instead find out what our future selves will be watching two years from now, in 2017.

Some movies, like sequels to Avatar, World War Z, The Lego Movie and Guardians of the Galaxy, are really exciting. Others, like another Terminator Genisys movie, yet another Spiderman reboot, more Fast and Furious movies and big-screen adaptations for Playmobile and My Little Pony toys, are confusing and might just make you want to skip 2017 all together. So we’ll break it down, and you tell us what you’re most excited about.
