Museum Unveils Never-Before-Seen Childhood Photos of Taylor Swift
Never-before-seen photos of pop star Taylor Swift are now available for public viewing as part of a new collection currently on display at a museum in New Jersey.
The collection, which focuses entirely on the “Fortnight” songstress, was unveiled on Thurs., June 13 at the Stone Harbor Museum. It is expected to be on display through September, according to local media reports.
As a press release issued by the museum noted, Swift, 34, spent many of her childhood summers in Stone Harbor with her family from the early 1990s through 2004. Her father, Scott Swift, also used to work in the area as an EMT with a local volunteer fire department.
The “Cruel Summer” singer’s family shared the new childhood photos with the museum. One photo that the museum posted on Facebook showed a young Swift posing with a guitar, her hair pulled back into a ponytail as her head leaned against the instrument’s neck.
Another photo that a Swift fan account on X, formerly Twitter, shared online showed an even younger Swift standing on a beach in a green and yellow one-piece swimsuit. She held a stick nearly as tall as she was in one hand and planted her other hand on her hip as she struck a solemn pose for the camera.

In addition to the childhood photos that Swifties haven’t previously seen, the collection includes four special stylized Midnights vinyl records, a Swift-signed Midnights-themed guitar, an Eras Tour poster and a special poster inspired by Swift that was created by artist Peter Max, according to the museum’s press release.
The museum’s president of the Board of Trustees, Teri Fischer, said that her team was “thrilled” to put its new Swift collection on display. “It’s not just about the items, it’s about the fact that her family wanted us to have personal family photos from some time ago that were taken while they were staying in Stone Harbor,” Fischer said.
The “Anti-Hero” singer “is definitely part of the Stone Harbor story, and I know that she does delight and inspire so many of us,” Fischer added.
