Music: 6 Tours that'll Bring the Noise
1. Miley Cyrus
As if 2013’s high-art immolation of her old image didn’t already tip you off, Miley Cyrus loves herself some reinvention. So even though Bangerz is only a few months old, she’s itching to switch things up on her 38-date North American tour. “With everything I do,” she tells EW, “I want people to think they know what they’re gonna see, and then it’s 10 times better than what they could have imagined. I’m the queen of curveballs.” That includes three stages that let her reach deep into the cheap seats, opening sets by Sky Ferreira and Icona Pop, a cavalcade of video content (featuring bits crafted by Ren & Stimpy creator John Kricfalusi), and the envy of at least one collaborator: “Pharrell is so jealous of this tour,” she says. “Everything I’ve shown him, he’s just like, ‘I want that! It’s amazing!'” Feb. 14-April 24
