Narrative Ups Megan Brophy Young, Matt Haberman & Chase Lehner To Vice President
EXCLUSIVE: Megan Brophy Young, Matt Haberman and Chase Lehner have been promoted to Vice President of Talent at the leading PR firm Narrative.
Lehner will work out of the company’s Los Angeles office, with Brophy Young and Haberman continuing to co-lead the company’s New York City outpost, as Brophy Young splits her time between Texas and New York.

Young has spent more than a decade curating an impressive client roster including prominent actors, athletes, musicians, thought leaders and industry innovators. Beginning her career in-house at AMC Networks, she developed a passion for talent representation and transitioned to personal publicity in 2012. In 2017, Brophy took her expertise to Nashville where she immersed herself in the country music industry, working at Big Machine Label Group before landing at Narrative in 2018, closely after its inception. To date, she’s been the driving force for campaigns for the likes of Lily Allen, Lucy Boynton, Luke Grimes, Paul Rabil, Simon Rex, Claudia Schiffer, Bill Skarsgard and Best Supporting Oscar winner, Ke Huy Quan.
Haberman joined in 2017 to open the company’s New York office, where he reps breakout artists including actress and singer-songwriter Reneé Rapp, actor, filmmaker and comedian Ramy Youssef, The Summer I Turned Pretty‘s Lola Tung, actress and comedian Megan Stalter, and Emmy nominee Camila Morrone. Haberman also continues to represent such notables as Greta Gerwig, Josh Brolin, Andrea Riseborough, Jenny Han, Beanie Feldstein, Eve Hewson and Emily Mortimer. Prior to Narrative, Matt spent seven years in the talent department of ID. He began his career working with Lisa Taback at LT-LA where he contributed to the Academy Award campaigns for films including Best Picture winner The King’s Speech, as well as Blue Valentine and Winter’s Bone.
Over the years, Lehner has built and fostered a dynamic scope of business with clients including actors, filmmakers, showrunners, authors, production houses and tech companies, also spearheading a wide range of film, television, literary, and awards campaigns. Recently, he co-led Quan’s Oscar-winning campaign for Everything Everywhere All at Once; Rob McElhenney’s Emmy-winning campaign for Welcome to Wrexham, as well as the launch strategy for his multi-faceted company More Better Industries; Rex’s career-shifting awards campaign for Red Rocket culminating in an Independent Spirit Award for his leading performance; and Youssef’s multi-pronged global campaign for his HBO stand-up special Ramy Youssef: More Feelings, his acclaimed episode of The Bear and his debut feature film role in Yorgos Lanthimos’s Oscar-winning Poor Things. Lehner started his career at Slate PR in 2012 and joined the Los Angeles team at Narrative in 2019.
