It was a family affair on Monday night’s (June 12) Tonight Show, when Charles Berry Jr. and Charles Berry III joined Nathaniel Rateliff for a raucous tribute to late rock icon Chuck Berry. The all-star trio suited up to perform “Big Boys,” a track from Berry’s posthumous album, CHUCK, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer’s first album of new material in three decades.

With a three-guitar frontline chopping out Berry’s signature mix of country blues and R&B, Rateliff handled the vocals — and the duck walking — on the song about being a young man in a big hurry to find out what the older kids are up to. “If you love me like I love you/ Mademoiselle, je vois aime, voulez-vous?/ The girls want to stay and the boys want to play/ So let’s a-rock and roll till the break of day,” Rateliff sang.
