Music decided to hold a mega-poll to answer that (sun)burning summer question: a no-holds-barred tournament to determine the best summer anthem of all time.

Even prudes have a hard time ignoring Nelly’s order to “take off all yours clothes” on the chorus for this monster summer hip-hop party jam. The go-go rhythm feels too good to be wrong, plus Nelly’s stacked the record with back-to-back memorable, hot lines like, “I think my butt’s getting big.” This 2002 favorite brings back nothing but good memories.

"Party Rock Anthem" - LMFAO

“Party rockers in the house tonight! “Be honest, you can’t resist the urge to do LMFAO’s running man-like shuffle dance the moment you hear the first synthesized beat of this song. The 2011 summer jam rocks all year round and appeals to all ages, thanks to the wild personalities of the group members SkyBlu and Redfoo.
