Nick Aldis: I Can’t Confirm Or Deny WWE Rumors, NWA Owes Me Money
Nick Aldis comments on the rumors of WWE‘s interest in him and says NWA owes him money.
After Aldis wrapped up his run with IMPACT Wrestling in July, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that WWE had high interest in him. The report noted that he had been discussed as a potential producer.
During an appearance on K100 with Konnan & Disco, Aldis was asked about the rumors.
“I cannot confirm or deny,” Aldis said, and he later noted that WWE Shop has an impressive line of merchandise.
Aldis’ exit from NWA also came up, and he claimed that the company owes him money. He stated that NWA Director of Talent Relations Pat Kenney “showed his true colors” when he left the company.
“I don’t want to air dirty laundry. He showed his true colors with my exit from the NWA. I don’t want to get into it too much, but they owe me money, and it’s probably never gonna come. I felt betrayed by Pat, I’ll just leave it at that.”
