Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour’ heading to San Diego
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Nicki Minaj is bringing her “Pink Friday 2” tour to San Diego at the end of September and tickets are still available online.
The Trinidadian rapper and singer-songwriter is stopping at the Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl San Diego State University for her “Pink Friday 2 World Tour” also known as the “Gag City World Tour” on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m.

Nicki Minaj released her fifth studio album, “Pink Friday 2,” in December 2023, 13 years after her debut album, “Pink Friday,” dropped in November 2010, followed by the release of “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” in 2012.
Minaj has been touring since March 2024 at venues across the world for the first time in over five years.
Second date added amid high demand for Simone Biles tour at new Frontwave Arena
Back in August, Minaj announced rappers Tyga, Bia and Skillibeng as supporting acts for the second leg of the tour — “Gag City Reloaded” — which the San Diego tour stop is part of.
The second leg of the world tour kicked off Sept. 4 in Philadelphia. After her latest tour stop Friday night in Cleveland, Ohio, Minaj posted on X, “Cleveland has always been a special place to me since early in my career. Gucci Mane had a huge following in Ohio & man, today just felt so good, yo. A full circle real moment. Certain cities/States just have a very down to earth WARM vibe that makes you not even wanna leave.”

The world tour opened March 1 in Oakland, California and ends Oct. 11 in Queens, New York. Tickets are available at nickiminajofficial.com/tour.
