Nicola Coughlan Embraces Drama in Whimsical Minidress and Ruffled Cape for ‘Bridgerton’ Season Three, Part Two Red Carpet Toronto Premiere
Nicola Coughlan opted for theatrics and drama with her look for the “Bridgerton” Season Three, Part Two premiere in Toronto on Monday. The actress posed for a series of photos on the red carpet, alongside costar Luke Newton.
For the occasion, Coughlan opted for an enchanting look courtesy of Sara Mrad. The ensemble featured a minidress in a whimsical shade of lavender blue. The strapless dress was made with handcrafted silk organza, which created a wave-like effect around the bust and hips.

Coughlan’s minidress was paired with a dramatic puffy ruby Paris mikado cape. As for her shoes, Coughlan opted for a pair of Christian Louboutin heels with translucent elements. When it came to accessories, Coughlan wore a pair of statement earrings courtesy of jewelry brand Ysso.
Coughlan’s blond hair was styled in a classic, pulled back look with a few locks of hair framing her face with styling by Kristjan Hayden, while her makeup featured dramatic eyes and soft a lip by Grace Lee.
Coughlan’s look was curated by stylist Aimée Croysdill with assistance by Prue Fisher. Croysdill has also worked with such talent as Alison Oliver, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and more stars.
Over the course of the press tour and various premieres for the third season of “Bridgerton,” Coughlan has wholly embraced her star moment. For the Season Three, Part One premiere in New York City on May 13, Coughlan fashioned a custom off-the-shoulder gown by Danielle Frankel.
The gown featured ornate, corset elements and a long train. She added a pop of color with pieces of emerald jewelry.
“Bridgerton” Season Three follows the love story between Penelope Featherington (Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Newton). The first four episodes of the season debuted on Netflix on May 16. The final four episodes of the season hit the streaming service on June 13.
