Night Court: Wendie Malick Upped to Series Regular in Season 3 as Dan’s Volatile Ex (and New Prosecutor!)
A word of warning to Night Court’s Dan Fielding: You’re going to spending a lot more time with Julianne in Season 3.
Sitcom veteran Wendie Malick, who has guest-starred in the previous two seasons of NBC’s courtroom comedy, is joining the cast as a series regular in Season 3, TVLine has learned. She’ll reprise her role as Dan’s terrifying ex Julianne Walters, who will now be the court’s new prosecutor, replacing India de Beaufort’s Olivia. (de Beaufort announced her exit from the series in May.)
