‘Ninja Warrior’ Production Services Provider the ATS Team Taps Nicola Griffiths as Senior Vice President of Production (EXCLUSIVE)
The ATS Team has tapped Workerbee’s Nicola Griffiths as SVP of production.
Griffiths, who was previously head of production at Workerbee, will be based between the production company and production services provider’s U.S., U.K. and Portuguese offices, reporting to The ATS Team’s managing director and COO Danny Sanz.

With expertise in securing tax credits, international distributions and managing budgets of up to ￡6 million, her focus will be supercharging ATS’s slate of original IP and developing international formats alongside development and production exec Shayna Waldman.
At Workerbee Griffiths was responsible for high-end unscripted programming including NBC’s “Hot Wheels,” Netflix’s “Bear Hunt” and Channel 4/HBO Max series “The Bridge.”
As well as working on its own IP, ATS is investing in its line production services, thanks to an extensive network of international TV production crews across North America, Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia, who can offer everything from local permitting to location scouting and set building, particularly when it comes to adventure and challenge formats.
Projects ATS has worked on include “Ultimate Beastmaster” (Netflix), “The Titan Games with Dwayne Johnson USA” (NBC) and “Holey Moley” (ABC).

The talent they have is outstanding and my ambition is to come on board, foster further relationships with co-production partners, and both develop and get commissioned the brilliant original IP on its slate.”
