Another one bites the dust.

“Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak lost his cool during his third-to-last episode on Wednesday.

Contestant Nonie Lewis had control of the “Food & Drink” puzzle and landed on a $3,500 wedge.

“Now the trick here is you have to find a letter,” Sajak said to the contestant before she gave her answer.

Lewis answered “D,” which was correct, and could have given her a big jump if she correctly guessed the phrase.

The puzzle was only missing two letters, reading “S_PER_OOD SMOOTHIE.”

“I would like to solve Pat,” she told the game show host, answering “Supergood smoothie.”

“No!” Sajak shouted as the incorrect buzzer sounded.

Realizing how loud he was, Sajak lowered his tone and continued, “I’m so sorry, it’s not correct.”

“Oh God,” Lewis said, looking distraught as she lost the winnings she had accumulated.

The next contestant, JP Welliver, spun and guessed the letter “F” before correctly solving the phrase, which was “Superfood Smoothie.”

Fans flocked to social media over the wrong guess during the episode.

“When did super food become one word? Asking for a friend,” one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

“Have you ever had a smoothie that was just so good you might call it SUPERGOOD? #WheelofFortune,” another person wrote.

Sajak is leaving the hit ABC game show this week after 40 years.

He sat down with his daughter, Maggie Sajak, on “Good Morning America” and reflected on his time working on the show.

“This was announced a long time ago, almost a year ago,” he said last month. “So I’ve had time to sort of get used to it. And it’s been a little bit wistful and all that, but I’m enjoying it and taking it all in and reflecting on the great run.”

The host acknowledged that “Wheel of Fortune” is more than just a television program.

“We became part of the popular culture. And more importantly, we became part of people’s lives,” he said. “That’s been awfully gratifying.”

“I’m perfectly happy if it just means that I’ll continue with my crossword puzzles and play with grandchildren. Hint hint hint. No pressure,” he went on.

Ryan Seacrest will take over when the series returns for a new season in the fall.

Letter-turner Vanna White, 67, meanwhile, has been on the game show since 1982. She signed a new contract to stay on the show through the 2025-2026 season.

Sajak’s final episode of “Wheel of Fortune” will air on Friday, June 7.
