Gwen Stefani made a surprise appearance at Country Thunder Arizona

Blake Shelton was 10 songs deep in a crowd-pleasing headlining set at Country Thunder Friday night when Gwen Stefani emerged from the wings to join him in a romantic duet on “Nobody But You.”

It was sweet.

“Ladies and gentlemen,” Shelton announced, after hugging his wife. “That’s Gwen Stefani standing right there.”

Then he quickly corrected himself and reintroduced her as “Gwen Shelton” before saying he hoped we wouldn’t mind if they did one more song together.

And with that, they launched their other hit duet, “Happy Anywhere.”
