Nobody Wants This First Look Previews Netflix Comedy Starring Kristen Bell
During Wednesday’s Netflix Upfront presentation, the company showed off the first look at its upcoming romantic comedy series Nobody Wants This, starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody.
The series is set to premiere on Netflix on September 26, 2024, and comes from creator and co-showrunner Erin Foster. Alongside Bell and Brody, Nobody Wants This will also star Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Stephanie Faracy, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Michael Hitchcock, Jackie Tohn, Sherry Cola, Shiloh Bearman.
The show will follow the “unlikely relationship between an outspoken, agnostic woman, Joanne (Kristen Bell), and an unconventional rabbi, Noah (Adam Brody),” according to its logline.

Bell has a ton of high-profile credits
Both Bell and Adam Brody are household names in the world of Hollywood, with Bell having starred in such hit TV series as Veronica Mars and The Good Place. Brody rose to superstardom with his starring role in the Fox TV series The O.C., and has also appeared in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Jennifer’s Body, and most recently the 2023 film American Fiction.
Nobody Wants This was created by Erin Foster, with both Craig DiGregorio and Foster acting as co-showrunners on the project. Foster is also credited as an executive producer, alongside Steven Levitan, Craig DiGregorio, Kristen Bell, Sara Foster, Danielle Stokdyk, Jeff Morton and Jack Burditt. Oly Obst is executive producer for 3arts.
